The Organizing Committee has made a preliminary reservation for PEC participants in the hotels listed below. If you choose to stay in one of these hotels, please contact the hotel directly to check availability and make a reservation (see reservation deadlines below). When making the reservation, use the conference code PEC 2024 to associate your reservation with our pre-booking.  All cancellation policies and conditions are set directly by each hotel. Please contact the hotel directly if you need an invoice. 

There is another large conference in Białystok at the same time so please use the conference code PEC 2024, while booking or checking room availability.
